According to data gathered from Eurocontrol’s European Aviation Overview, the Athens International Airport (AIA) is ranked in 1st spot based on the punctuality of departures and arrivals for the week 16-22 Feb. During this week it recorded 90 percent punctuality for arrivals and 89 percent for departures.
This results follow the positive feedback from 2022 that ranked the AIA among the best performing in 2022, despite the ongoing Ukraine-Russia war, the pandemic and the continues flights delays across European airports.
